Sharp Supply ships premium handcrafted knives throughout Australia and to selected international destinations. Please review the information below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, customs, and order conditions.
1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically packed within 1–3 business days of purchase

Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched

During peak periods (including Black Friday, EOFY, Christmas, or global events), processing times may extend up to 10 business days
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates below are transit times only and do not include processing or packing time.
Australia

International

Sharp Supply cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes and is not liable for delays outside our control.

Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
For international shipments sent via Australia Post, the same tracking number may need to be entered into your local postal service (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, NZ Post) for final delivery updates.
Sharp Supply does not ship to APO/FPO or military addresses.
Please ensure your full legal first and last name is entered at checkout to avoid courier delivery issues.
4. Customs, Duties & International Taxes

International orders might be subject to local taxes and duties. These fees need to be paid by customers in your destination.

5. Product Variation Disclaimer
All Sharp Supply products are handcrafted. As a result, no two items are identical. Minor variations may occur, including:

Wood grain or handle colour

Steel finish or forging marks

Engraving style or packaging
These variations are a normal part of artisanal production and are not considered defects.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
Please review all product details carefully before ordering.

Refunds requested after dispatch are subject to a 2% transaction fee

Shipping costs and shipping cover are non-refundable

Sharp Supply strictly complies with all laws governing the sale of bladed products.

8. Age Verification on Delivery (Where Required)
To comply with legal requirements, deliveries containing knives may require:

No authority-to-leave or safe-drop options
If purchasing a knife as a gift, the recipient must also be 18+ and able to present valid ID.
