Made in Tokyo by Morihei, a name with a sharpening tradition dating back to 1933, the Hishiboshi Hi series combines natural stone powder with carefully formulated synthetic abrasives to deliver a sharpening experience remarkably close to Japanese natural stones.

Fast cutting, responsive and full of tactile feedback, these splash-and-go stones work across a wide range of steels while producing refined edges and, from #4000 grit upward, beautiful Kasumi contrast between the hard and softer steels.
